Please acknowledge the source of the footprint estimates as a citation, in the acknowledgements, or by offering the co-authorship if the results of the parameterisation comprise a significant component of any publication. Please kindly inform the authors of how you are using the results and of any publication plans. If they feel that they should be acknowledged or offered participation as authors, they will let you know and it is assumed that an agreement on such matters will be reached before publishing and/or use of the results for publication. We kindly request that those publishing papers using the footprint parameterisation provide offprints to the authors.
